The living room is large with two settees providing seating for up to 8 people. There is woodburning insert and central heating if required.
Kitchen/Diner
The kitchen/diner really is the hub of the house. It is a large room with exposed stone walls and tiled floor. It has fitted ash units and SMEG appliances. Coffee makers, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, extractor fan, hob/oven and wood fired AGA styled cooker. The table extends to comfortably seat 10 people.
Entertainment area
Is adjacent to the living room and has beanbag type seating satellite TV, Apple TV and sound system.
Office and Library
There is a fully functioning office on the balcony complete with Mac computer, WiFI, Printer/Photo-copier. There is also a library with a selection of holiday type books together with an extensive DVD library. The balcony stairs are fitted with a childproof gate for security.
